BBQ obsession, meat guilt, religion arguments, porn, and violent or grandiose swings kept colliding all day, and I could feel how easily appetite, ego, and darker impulses were feeding each other.

I'm watching Aaron Franklin on MasterClass on barbecue. I love barbeque. My favourite BBQ is smoked beef brisket. I love this. It's my favourite MasterClass.

I didn't have breakfast or eat anything all day. I just drank coffee black with a bit of sugar. I was thinking Buddha taught to avoid human meat, elephant meat, horses, dogs, snakes, lions, tigers, leopards, bears and hyenas.██████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████

I ate my sister Lehara's strawberry cake from Jagro. It was a bit old. I hope I don't get stomach upset or aches. Mum ate a bit off it previously. My sister previously gave her cake from Jagro to me too, as I had seen it in the fridge and asked for it, just as I always ask before taking things that aren't mine.

I love████████████████Lana Del Rey. I love "Cola". I love that song, "I fudged my way up to the top". She is so underrated. █████████████████████████████ She's like my hero for singing that song. I'm loving Aaron Franklin in MasterClass on BBQ. I want to put up a BBQ restaurant somewhere in Sri Lanka. I'm going to do BBQ as a hobby.

I had lunch. The chicken was good. Manju made it properly. I just need to put up a BBQ restaurant. I love brisket. I wish I could've celebrated 4th of February Sri Lanka Independence Day or 4th of July American Independence Day with my family and friends and some good BBQ and beer.

If you don't work, what are you going to do sitting at home alone -- doing nothing? The way I see it, if you start work at 20, you get exp at 30, 40, 50, 60 and then you can train and mentor people at 70, 80 or 90 -- training is important, very very valuable work.

If you have a team of tree choppers who have 8 hours to chop down trees, a wise old man or woman will spend the first 4 hours to sharpen their minds with their experiences so that the team can chop down trees or overcome challenges faster with sharper axes or better problem solving/ critical thinking skills (Abraham Lincoln).

Even if they have grown frail, weak and old, that's by nature or divine design. I bet I can learn so much more from following the Temasek CEO (you) on Facebook than anybody else on LinkedIn or reading anything else available.
