Repeat violations can lead to escalating penalties when the same issue keeps coming back.

Escalation can move from warning or labeling to reduced reach, monetization loss, account limits, suspension, or termination depending on severity and pattern.

Legal Requests

We process lawful requests and aim to keep each response documented and compliant with law.

Narrow Disclosure

When disclosure is required, we aim to keep it narrow, careful, and tied to the valid request.

Disclosure should fit the legal process. Overbroad or unclear requests can be challenged, narrowed, delayed, or rejected where law and operational safety allow.

Creator Rights

Creators can request review through the appeals process and submit additional evidence for reconsideration.

Appeals should bring exact URLs, titles, affected content, the policy action being challenged, and the evidence or context that changes the decision.
